Skiing
Fun on the slopes in the Hochalmbahnen ski area
Families especially love the Rauris "Hochalmbahnen" ski area. The lifts take skiers up to 2,175 meters above sea level. Over 32 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes await beginners and advanced skiers there. The special thing about it: you won't find any trees up here - panoramic views and freedom dominate.
Thanks to the eastern slopes, powder snow is also guaranteed well into spring. This means that freeriders also get their money's worth in Rauris.
Ski touring

For ski tourers, the Rauris Valley has always been a real insider tip. An impressive landscape and breathtaking panoramic views reward everyone who climbs the Rauris mountains under their own power. And particularly ambitious athletes can even look forward to 3,000-meter peaks.

Tobogganing
Night sledding with the whole family
The Kreuzboden toboggan run in Rauris is not only open during the day, but can also be used with sleds and other equipment in the evening. Every Monday and Thursday between 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., tobogganers can use the chairlift for a comfortable ascent and whiz down the illuminated toboggan run into the valley.
